Assassin’s Creed Mirage can be a treacherous place. Here are 10 essential tips and tricks for getting started and avoiding unnecessary deaths!
1: Keep Things Stealthy in Assassin’s Creed Mirage

While everyone loves a good sword fight, and you’ll learn how to battle properly, the best and most enjoyable way to beat this game is by being as stealthy as possible.
Use the bushes, hay stacks, and corners to hide from the enemies. If you need to kill one because it’s on your way, attract him with a whistle. Then, kill him and continue.
2: Don’t Leave Traces in Assassin’s Creed Mirage

If you want to be sneaky, you must cover your own traces. And by this, I mean that you should always hide bodies in bushes and hay piles if possible. If there’s water near you, toss the bodies there. If there’s nothing you can hide a body on, then put them out of the way.
If an enemy sees a body, they’ll start looking for you. You can always hide, but if you are nearby, the guards will eventually find you, so the best outcome is to keep running until they don’t want to find you anymore.
3: Parry Your Way To Victory in Assassin’s Creed Mirage

This is my last tip for combats. If there’s no other option than to engage in battle, then keep calm, don’t spam the attack button, and wait for your enemies to make the first move.
You can parry an attack if the enemy briefly becomes yellow. Use the parry button, then attack your enemy a couple of times or execute them if you can. If the enemy is still alive, wait until his next move.
Enemies also have unparryable attacks. You’ll know they’ll use it when they briefly become red. You must avoid those attacks. Eventually, you’ll unlock the necessary skills to protect yourself from these attacks.
4: Upgrade Your Weapons in Assassin’s Creed Mirage

You must keep track of your weapons and upgrade them whenever you can. You can do this by visiting the blacksmiths in the city. In exchange for steel, leather, and components, the Blacksmiths will let your weapons deal more damage and also have extra effects.
You’ll find materials by opening hidden chests and by buying them, which is the best and quickest way.

5: Pickpocket People in Assassin’s Creed Mirage

It might be immoral, that’s right, but the best way to get resources is by pickpocketing people. They have all kinds of stuff you can sell for a good price in shops and use the money to buy materials to upgrade and buy more swords and daggers.
6: Prioritize Viewpoints in Assassin’s Creed Mirage

It’s important to explore Baghdad entirely; the best way to do that is by climbing and synchronizing with the viewpoints throughout the city.
Whenever you see a Viewpoint, go and climb it, synchronize, and continue. That way, you’ll discover new shops, blacksmiths, hidden treasures, people with important items to pickpocket, and unlock fast travel points. Stop everything you do to climb those giant towers and get beautiful views!
7: Enkidu, More Than A Pet in Assassin’s Creed Mirage

Enkidu is your eagle. He’ll be with you during the adventure, and learning how to use it is a must. Whenever you get to a new zone and can’t find its respective Viewpoint, use Enkidu and explore the zone from the air. It’ll also let you discover new things and important NPCs hidden out there.
Enkidu is also very useful when you are about to get inside a restricted area. Send him to explore the whereabouts and mark all the enemies of the zone so you know their exact positions. They won’t catch you off-guard if you know where they are!
8: Use Eagle Vision in Assassins Creed Mirage

Never forget to use the Eagle Vision. It’s great for when you can’t use Enkidu, which happens when you are in a closed zone. It’ll reveal enemies, items, chests, and targets. It’s extremely useful, and it’ll let you map the place you are exploring.
This isn’t a new feature; every Assassin’s Creed game has it. Do you want to know more about it? Check this video from AKG29!
9: Skills, Which To Upgrade First?

Let’s now talk about the skill tree. The three skill branches are very useful: Phantom gives you battle and exploration skills, Trickster lets you have more tools and give better use of the ones you have, and Predator has everything you need to buff Enkidu and your Eagle Vision.
The one you should focus on the most is Trickster, mostly because you really need to give good usage to your tools and your resources. It’s great to get back the throwing knives after killing an enemy, and it’s extremely useful to increase Basim’s pickpocketing abilities.
After that, focus on Predator to scout every place before raiding it. It’ll be useful for missions. After that, you can spend the rest of your Skill Points on Phantom abilities.
10: Do Contracts in Assassins Creed Mirage

Do you want to get more Skill Points? Do Contracts! You’ll find them in the Assassins Bureau of every zone of Baghdad. They are hard to do, but if you follow the tips I gave you, like using Enkidu and the Eagle Vision, you’ll manage to complete them.
I hope these tips help you out with this game. And remember, you can always change the difficulty of the game if you feel it’s very hard!
