Introduction
Reversal of Deck is an exciting PvP online card battle game developed by Digi Jello, a Hong Kong-based mobile games developer. Digi Jello has other exciting games, such as Color Switch and Stak. The company has recorded much success since it began publishing games in 2019. Digi Jello is known for its simple and exciting game that can quickly become addictive thanks to the developing game stories, colorful graphics, catchy music, and conversations. Reversal of Deck is no different.
Reversal of Deck is poker-styled and fast-paced, requiring players to think quickly and strategically. The game features a unique style that allows players to reverse the other of their playing cards as a battle strategy. Although it is a simple-to-learn game, Reversal of Deck is tricky to master but ultimately worth the experience.
Game Play
The game begins with the option of a training mode, which allows players to get familiar with the progress, characters, and options.
The game is played in rounds, with each one consisting of three fights with three hands. The ultimate aim is to attack, defend, and overcome opponents by playing cards. The heroes do this by playing cards in a kind of attack formation.
Reversal of Deck requires players to build decks of cards with champion characters called Heroes, one in three Territories, which represent the Vanguards, Center, and Rearguards in that order.
Players also choose from any available category of sequences. These are:
- High Card, 2 pairs, Straight.
- High Card, 2 pairs, 2 pairs.
- High Card, Pair, Full House,
- High Card, Pair, Flush.
- High Card, 2 Pairs, Flush.
- High Card, 2 pairs, 3 of a Kind,
- High Card, Pair, 2 Pairs.
- Pair, Pair, Pair.
- High Card, High Card, High Card.
The sequences constantly change for each game set. Each poker hand is ranked Straight Flush > 4 of a Kind > Full House > Flush > Straight > 3 of a Kind > 2 Pairs > Pair > High Card.
The idea is to place the heroes in order of increasing strength, from High Card to Flush. So, for instance, players can place three heroes ranking 710, 720, and 840 in that order. Each Hero leads the team to battle, drawing on each hero’s unique skill and strength to win as a team. The game is played in an arena-like setting, with the camera view set from high above. The cards are arranged against this background while the heroes do battle.
The first arena, Arena 1, is the Novice arena. You progress to Arena 2, Arena 3, and so on after winning each stage. After each battle the player wins, a chest reward is given. Chests contain various rewards ranging from Mana (the in-game reward) to gold, diamonds, weapons, and other items.
Game Modes
Reversal of Cards has two basic game modes: Tournament and Casual. There are also Challenges, Guild Expedition, and Battles in the Arena.
The Casual Mode could also be changed to Battle (single battle mode) by clicking a downward-facing arrow button just beside it. The Tournament Mode only unlocks when players have played up to Arena Five. The Casual Mode also has Battle (same as Arena battles), Poker, the Battle of Small Cards, and Assigned Deck modes.
When a player chooses the battle mode, the system scans for an available opponent and, upon finding one, opens the deck loading. Each deck loading round is timed (90 seconds). Players must choose their deck heroes before time out, or the game automatically chooses heroes and autostarts.
Before choosing all three heroes, a middle button shows “Not Ready” but changes to “Fight” once all heroes are selected. The player must then hit the “Fight” button to begin the game.
The heroes go to battle, attacking and defending to win. The game is spiced up by the Japanese battle cries and words that the heroes use when fighting. An Arcade button by the bottom-right corner allows players to improve the battle attack stats for a random hero at that instance.

Reversal of Deck: Tips & Tricks
The best way to enjoy this game is to patiently learn by going through the initial introductory scenes and training games. You can access the training as you play. Training mode helps you understand the game better, learn the rules, and understand how the card ranking works.
Here are some game tips:
- Use your strongest heroes for the game. Reversal of Cards works specifically on a tiered basis, from down up. Ensure your strongest hero is at the top, followed by the two strongest in the other two positions.
- Use your diamonds and gold coins sparingly until you have a major upgrade. This is because your opponents may not always be more armed, so you could have more chances until you meet a far stronger opponent.
- Use Healer as one of your heroes to quickly revive your team when they take hits.
- You can change heroes for each round, so carefully analyze the game to know which hero you need.
- Increase the attack (ATK) skill of your hero for specific battles where the opponents are tougher. Counterattack also helps to cause more damage to opponents.
How to invite friends:
- Click the friend icon (third from the top-right corner).
- Copy your invitation tag and send it to friends.
- Alternatively, you can enter your friend’s invitation tag in the “Enter Invitation Tag” box.
- You can find your friend list in the second section. You can also find a referral link to share with friends.
